 I believe this is a hose port. Where should it go? I think it is just laying in the bottom of the boat in the bilge under the engine not hooked to anything. I don't seem to see anywhere for it to hook into?

Brian, Yes, that a connection for a hose. They were typically connected to the cooling system with a Perko Flush Pro.

If the Flush isn't there, then there's a good chance it's been removed. They were prone it breaking although the new ones are clamed to be "new and improved"!!
