| 92 SNOB 351 ... with stiff steering to the right , replaced the cable no help , I thought long ago on here I saw some talk about filing or sanding the rudder on one side to solve the problem ? Could be way off base here but any help would be much appreciated . Thanks guys |

Kyle, Pulling toward starboard is due to prop torque. | I had stiffness that drove me nuts that was kind of intermittent and it turned out the rudder packing was dried out once it was replaced, it was resolved. |

Kyle, As Peter mentioned, check the port by disconnecting the cable at the tiller arm.
