I had a guy pull mine apart and he damaged the housing and shaft so here I am with a new inpeller and seals and bad housing. Jabsco 8470 pump. That in turn damaged a bearing? or something like a pressed bushing that the shaft went thru to the housing. It actually looked like some tiny wound springs that the shaft fit into. I am kinda talking about something I really dont know about here, but maybe in the AM I can go down to the repair shop and try for a picture.
