I just started restoring a 1978 SN. Came with a trailer. I'm not a fan. Its not OEM. I would like to find an original trailer. Any sources? Any trailer builders make a copy of the original CC trailer?

It's not 70's but I have an original trailer from 1983

I think I saw your post and was considering. I had an '89 SN a couple of boats ago and I think you have the same trailer. Same design I want but I'm worried that it might be too big (wide) for the 70's hull. Could you send me dimensions? Key is the width of the carpeted rails at the transom and center.

I think it will work. I'm not well versed enough on whether the hull changed much from '78 to '83. If not, I'd like your trailer. What are you asking for it?

just found the hull change info in an earlier forum string - Looks like the 2001 hull came out in 1982. So an '83 trailer is probably too big for for 1981 and older boats.

I think the trailer remained the “same” until 85
