I just returned from the Utah Boat Show. The local Nautique Dealer proudly had a new G25 Super Air Nautique Paragon on display. Boat Show price was north of $300,000. There were 2 D-D boats at the show. One new 2020 Ski Nautique and one new Mastercraft Prostar. Everything else from the other brands was a wake-type boat. The new Ski Nautique didn't even make it past the morning of the first day before it sold. The Prostar had not yet sold as of today. FWIW I really like the hard-top/soft-top bow on the Prostar. Very cool. The color schemes on many boats seemed like 1960's to 1970's throw-backs. I didn't care for 75% of the colors I saw. I must be getting old... For all the monster-high price tags, it looks like I'll be holding on to my '94 for a while. The colors are ugly. Everything is brown. Even in the big fishing rigs it’s brown or the occasional played out teal. What we need is more purple but most guys are too much of a pansy to drive purple. The Prostar has some really neat features I like and isn’t hideous looking.
