I shattered my glass in the windshield door and since it has a slight curvature to it I have found no glass places that can replace just the glass. Nautique Parts only has the windshield doors back to 1997. Even if that would fit my '95 it's over $200. So if anyone has a '95 open bow windshield door lying around give me a fair price. Or let me know who can cut the glass with the correct curve.

Thanks!

Had the same thing happen to my β€˜94 sport Nautique. The frame may look bent but a flat piece of glass worked fine for me. My glass shop ordered a tempered piece the right size and it turned out great.

Kyle,
There is a small curve to the frame when a put the flat edge of a level on it. It seems the glass was curved about 1/16” over the 16” width of the glass. Did you have to do anything to the frame to straighten it out? I wonder if the frames are the same?

Travis,
Tempered glass will bend with the frame. Your glass shop will cut the glass and then send it for tempering.

Here's a good example of glass that's bent with the frame:

I saw the same curve you are describing but folks on this site assured me it’d be fine and I took the leap. Ran it that way for 4 years before selling it.
