      Attached are pics of my recent restoration, floor, and secondary stringers, Graphics by Harmonic Design in Channahan, IL. they did an unbelievable job creating OEM graphics from pictures I provided of similar boats.

Saw the graphics on Instagram. Impressive. Put a side view pic up. While I like original, that decal work looks great. And your interior is on point too. My fiberglass floor is a little soft in spots and certainly uneven. I'm wondering if this would be a solution to make mine level again. |

Hi Bob, I removed the existing fiberglass and flotation foam, then found I needed to replace the secondary stringers too. though going over the existing floor could mitigate your soft floor issues, you would not be getting to the root of the problem, water below the floor, soggy flotation foam, lots of bad stuff you would just be covering up, maybe stringers are in bad shape too. After rebuilding my secondary stringers with 3/4" and 1" cossa board, I used 1" Cossa. as a sub floor under the front seats, installed tight to the Port & Starboard Hull. then I went over that with 1/2" Divinycell, using that on the remainder of the floor, if you reference my photos, you'll see I used it to establish the floor height at the Hull. both these products are very pricey, some would say I went over board, I'd have a tough time arguing that point. Yes, I could have used wood, but a primary objective I had was to make the boat as light as possible. Cossa is 40% lighter than wood, and has only 1% water absorption ability, I coated it with Resin to eliminate that entirely. the Divinicell is entirely foam, very light, 3 coats of fiberglass is recommended on the underside prior to install, followed by 3 coats on top after install. once that was done I drilled holes in it to pour in new foam. |

A local shop, Harmonic Designs, Channahon, IL. It is a wrap, 3m vinyl. I sent them many photos of like boats, the created digitally. The hard part for them is done, to recreate, they would just need to used different color vinyl to match your needs. I paid 1050.oo a deal in my mind, but they said it took much longer than they thought. If your not from the area, maybe you could purchase the graphic from them, or they might sell the file to a graphic shop in your area. They did an amazing job. I really have a hard time uploading photos, if you send me your email, I’ll forward you some more. Keith |
