I could not pass up sharing with all of you some "interesting" events that took place at a lake about 35 minutes west of me recently. I have no words for the domino effect aka: bad decision after bad decision taking place in dealing with the situation. I am sure there is "more to the story".........and I would bet the possibility of adult beverages being involved to a varying extent (nothing to back that up just my guess).
Enjoy

Before the techy guys show up, I'll post what Pete would call a "proper link" even though yours works

So what were they trying to accomplish? Ford Raptor, pffft, should’ve used a Tundra TRD Pro.

I used to live 1.2 miles south of Cedar Lake in Lowell IN. Cedar lake is home to the worst Mastercraft dealer and the scummiest pea green water in Indiana . Even though it was so close we always towed 45 minutes to another lake .

We were looking at a lake house on Cedar until we saw the water quality. Pea green and about 3” of visibility. That’s a natural spring fed glacial lake that has been polluted beyond belief. Worries about oil contamination from a few vehicles is a sign of insanity.

I am still perplexed at what occurred to cause the boat to sink.   As for using the vehicles in the water.to try to rescue the boat under the circumstances.........well that is another level of IQ that I cannot relate to.
I am not familiar with the Pavati boat brand but from what I looked at on the web prices for those boats make some of the CC boat cost seem like a KMART blue light specias.
Peter / Michael - some of our Indiana lakes are definitely better than others. Clear Lake in Steuben county would be an example at the high end of the quality spectrum with Cedar lake being more toward the bottom.
