Hello,

Can someone please point me in the right direction for a new alternator? I Have a 1988 2001 ski nautique with a 351 PCM and the model number currently on the alternator is 8EM2010KA. Was that superseded by 8MR2084K? I've also noticed part number RA097006 from my internet searching. Would any of these work? Basically I need a 12v 51amp to keep it stock.

Second question, Is there an option out there for a bigger alternator in case I want to add a stereo one day? and would I have to change any other wiring in the wiring harness?

Thanks in Advance

Cross referenced for the PCM part number.

And that is Arco's list price through them. If you do a search many of their retailers discount that price. You can find cheaper units but they are all Chinese. Not sure we have saved any money after all said and done buying from them.....
