1997 gt40 engine. I was skiing and the boat started surging after a turn around. shortly after it shut down and we had to be towed in. There is no power going to the low pressure pump.  I hot wired the pump and it is working. I checked the ignition switch and circuit breakers and they are all good. I tried to bypass the kill switch by unplugging wires and then by hooking them together. Neither way made any difference. I installed new relays and that was no help.  I could sure use some help on this one!  Thanks!
