Subject: carb bowl leaking - repair or replace

Just rebuilt an older Holley 4160 carb for a PCM Ford 351W engine.
Mounted it on the engine and ran it on the garden hose.
Appears to run great, *but* the secondary bowl is spraying fuel from the place marked in the attached photo.
Can it be repaired with solder or is it better to replace it?
If replace, who do you recommend buying from?
Holley, Summit Racing, eBay or another vendor?
Thanks

Some have repaired with JB Weld with good success.  Give it a try.

Here's a link to a previous discussion on those plugs with a picture of what the plug actually looks like.

It has an internal O ring that's leaking.

A good cleanup job, and about any gas resistant epoxy covering the whole plug area and you should be leak free.

Does Holley sell that plug and o-ring?
I searched the site and did not find them.

I've never found them from Holley or any aftermarket type supplier.
