40,000 what? 

What's the point of it all?

40,000 = number of days you’ve lived at 109.6 years old

40,000 = MSRP of Ski Nautique in 2002

40,000 = years between impeller changes

40,000 = caloric content of cereal consumed by my 18 year old son in one sitting

40,000 = number of times Keith Richards of Rolling Stones has been, well, stoned

40,000 = the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow

Could it be the number of times your points open and close in 2 1/2 minutes at 4000 rpm? 

How many engine revolutions will a top-fuel dragster engine complete in a drag run - light to light?

Most anybody knows it certainly not 40,000, but it's 540 

But is that an old 1/4 mile number or a 1000 ft number?

Regardless, I think that's with Nancy driving a 9500 hp european dragster

I remember playing this game several years ago.  Maybe the question was 30,000 .  What did  I win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Umm............not exactly quite right Donald, but close enough.

The number of points he almost has, whatever a point is.

We did have the same points/posts confusion last time too.

That was 1640 days ago when he eclipsed the 30,000 plateau.

He's been slackin' it a bit getting past 39,999.though 

That would be the points that make spark not the ones he has almost 40,000 of since nobody answered the question last time about the difference between points and posts 

COVID has ALMOST put me out of business. The Jenny Craig and Mary Kay Conventions have been shut down. Social Distancing is though on us exotic dancers.  Like the Airline Industry we too have applied for Federal Funding to hold us over during this difficult and unusual time.  Pelosi is holding up my bail out.  

Madeline will be done with her Doctorate in May 2021 and Natalie is in her second year of Electrical Engineering.  Three more years of me having to sell my beautiful body to the chubby chasers.

I am waiting until they are $500K.  We should be there in five more years or so. The 2026 Wake Barges will be $500K. I will have college paid for and only two wedding to pay of. Light at the end of the tunnel could be a train.

As for you others.......these threads go sideways quickly when a few "regulars" participate.  I would expect no less as that is what I sign up for when visiting CCF and reading the forums.  

Those on here that are very young probably can't appreciate the FORUM reading analogy from a certain magazine back in the day......I never thought I would be writing you.....blah, blah, blah.

All kidding aside. I had the pleasure of meeting Pete at the Green Lake Reunion about 8 or so year ago and I enjoyed his company. This was the year he did the shaft alignment class.
