Anyone know if a 1988 SN will fit on a tandem 2004 Super Air Nautique trailer?
Thx!

Depends what you mean by fit. Using it as a permanent trailer or just sitting on it for a few days while you work on yours?  Yours is a shorter narrower different shape hull that the bunks for a 04 won't match. My Super Sport trailer held my buddies bass boat for a few days while his trailer was rebuilt. It actually fit decent but was way too long and the guide posts did nothing. Sorry for the sideways iphone pic

You are also comparing a direct drive (mid engine) boat to a v drive (rear engine) so the axle(s) placement is considerably different.

I appreciate the info. I'm looking at cost effective replacement options for my original 1988 SN trailer. The tops of the main channels are rusted out and not stable any longer.

All the direct drive hulls from that era are pretty similar.  I wouldn't limit your search to just trailers that came with Correct Craft boats.  A trailer from a Mastercraft, Malibu etc.. might work or just need a little adjusting.  I had my '92 on a Centurion trailer for about a year while I refurbished my CC trailer and it fit almost perfectly.
