Our houseboat has twin Merc 350 engines and Bravo 2 outdrives.  The marina at Lake Powell is very sloooow and expensive.  The last outdrive "tune-up" was over $1,000.  I'm tired of paying what I consider to be waaaay too much.  As such, I want to purchase a spare outdrive (not just a lower unit) to have on the boat as a "just in case".  If there is an outdrive problem, a swap-out is much faster than having the marina look for parts and fiddle-fart around.  With the outdrive swapped out, I can take the "bad" unit to an off-lake shop for work at much lower rates.

So, I need to locate a seller of quality rebuilt Mercruiser stern drives.  I won't have a "core" to send them, so I'll just have to pay the fee.  I only found a couple offerings on-line: Power Boat Limited and All American Drives.  Does anybody have any experience with these vendors?  Any other suggestions?  Doesn't have to be local, as I'm willing to pay shipping.
