Otto ------------- Otto Replies: Posted By: 75 Tique Date Posted: March-17-2021 at 4:39am It’s fine. Not supposed to rest on floor. The low tow eye rests on top of the pylon. That’s as far down as it’s designed to go, maybe a foot or so off the floor. At least that is how the older ones worked. The newer ones have the “wrap around” lower tow point. Not sure if that is through bolted or not but I would guess so.
