I have a 2003 Ski Nautique 206 TE that has what I believe to be factory stereo:  Clarion XMD1 head unit, 6 speakers/sub with CD changer and kicker 300.4 amp:  

I think the amp went out since only the front 2 speakers in the bow work;  I've been replacing it with a similar 4 channel amp;  and i have the wiring from Ski Nautique but it is certainly a weird wiring diagram... 

Anyone have a wiring diagram for this or suggestions on where I can look for why the back 4 speakers and sub didn't work prior nor with the new amp?  

I wish I could attached the wiring diagram I have.

UPDATE:  Figured it out..  one must turn up the Input Sensors on the amp..  duh.. 

Ready for warm weather;  let's go!
