| After acquiring my 78 martinique two years ago and it sitting on a lift for seven years prior to that I was finally able to put it in the water last weekend. Thanks to help of this site I was able to troubleshoot, find the right parts and get her back running. The boat ran great and sounded even better!! I still have a lot of work left to do but it was such a good feeling being able to drive this thing on the water. Now I have to tackle the electrical as none of the gauges worked. So be prepared for a lot of those questions. Thanks again for the input and help. |

The gauges work off of a daisy chain system. It is not a good system. Typically, the ground to that daisy chain is the first place to start looking.
