Hey all!  I was using the old Martinique last week, and I noticed how bad my throttle/shift lever knob was.  The current and PO(s) sure didn't spend much time polishing it.  A few years back, someone on here was selling very nice reproductions with an 80s style logo on the top.  Are those still available?

Dave,
Here's a link to a recent thread on the knobs but it also contains a link to the original thread on the knobs.

Dont think so.  Is yours cracked or just very tired old dull unfinished wood.  Mine was pretty tired when I got it.  I put it in a drill press and sanded it all down smooth and then put about a thousand coats of spray lacquer on it.  Looks pretty good.

“So, how was your weekend?”
“Well, let me see…sun burn, stiff neck, screwed up back, assorted aches and pains….yup, my weekend was great, thanks for asking.”

Thanks guys!  Looks like I may have a good little winter project with this one.  I hope it can be saved, as it is very rough on top.

Problem solved!  I remembered I had a Nautique shifter knob in my parts box.  It ain't original, but, adds a bit of pizzazz to the drivers station.  It was plug 'n play, and seems to have added 20 hp!  The old one has earned its keep.  It goes in the parts box for now.
