While putting my 92 SN on the trailer I clipped a trailer bunk and bent the front tracking fin.
(That moment where you feel like a complete idiot)

There is no give if I try to move the fin by hand (which I think is a good thing)
Any recommendations on fixing or replacing?
Can I bend it back? (in place or does it need to come off)

Haven't driven since the bend.

Remove the fin and straighten it with a vise and or rubber mallet. You DO NOT want to attempt to straighten it while it's mounted to the boat as you'll damage the boat in the process.  Some have heated up the fin with a torch to make the task easier but I've had great success using a hammer or if I really did a number on one I used a hydraulic press to straighten it. When you reinstall it use marine grade sealant like 3M 4200.
