Has anyone completed the swap and determined the best way to pull the new wire harness - pull through from the front or rear?

Any other lessons learned? I have a few but will share when install is complete.

I am slowly making my way through this change out.  Lets just say the plug and play kit offered through the Nautique dealers are not all they proclaim to be.

A couple of trips to the hardware store, an unplanned amazon delivery or two and some patience perhaps a better experience will be had.
When I am complete I will come up with some of my lessons learned (and from talking with others also experienced the same issues).

So far, I am less than impressed and out >1k in the kit alone
