Hello, I'm sure some of you have already tried this but for those of you who may be looking for pictures or other resources that were on the site before it was hacked there is a way to find many of them.  Try the site https://archive.org" rel="nofollow - https://archive.org

If you put in the URL of the page on this site that you are looking for, the first place it will likely take you is to a recent version where the images are missing - but if you then select an earlier time (if available for that page) you may find some or all of what you're looking for.

Take the reference page, for example.

Current:  https://www.correctcraftfan.com/reference/manuals.asp" rel="nofollow - https://www.correctcraftfan.com/reference/manuals.asp

If you go to archive.org and select an earlier time, you get something like this - with different manuals shown.

https://web.archive.org/web/20190319214936/www.correctcraftfan.com/reference/manuals.asp" rel="nofollow - https://web.archive.org/web/20190319214936/www.correctcraftfan.com/reference/manuals.asp

On that page you will find something that's not on the current page, for example an old 1967 Chrysler V8 Marine Engine manual.

Clicking on it will take you to a more current version of that resource page.

https://web.archive.org/web/20210506044404/www.correctcraftfan.com/Downloads/Chrysler%20Marine%20Engine%20Manual.pdf" rel="nofollow - https://web.archive.org/web/20210506044404/www.correctcraftfan.com/Downloads/Chrysler Marine Engine Manual.pdf

And it looks like you still can't have it, but if you look at the top of the page at the "wayback" bar, you'll see it shows 10 captures of that resource... click there, select a date in time prior to 2019 (I don't remember exactly when the hack happened) and bang...

https://web.archive.org/web/20130407070437/www.correctcraftfan.com/Downloads/Chrysler%20Marine%20Engine%20Manual.pdf" rel="nofollow - https://web.archive.org/web/20130407070437/www.correctcraftfan.com/Downloads/Chrysler Marine Engine Manual.pdf

The wayback machine has a copy from 2013.

Now, it can't be guaranteed to work for every page on the site, but I'm willing to bet a fair amount of them you can dig up this way if there's something you're really wanting to see from before the hack.

Try it and see.  Maybe you'll get lucky.

Thanks Dan!

I was having some luck with Google Image searches showing pics from threads, but then they obviously disappear when following the link and going back to the original post.

Good stuff, this is great help.
