Picked up this super rare (1 of 1) 1972 Separator jet boat yesterday. The stringers have been redone but it needs everything else. My understanding is the hull number is 1120 according to the letter I have from Correct Craft verifying the different engines that were tested in the boat. I do have the jet drive and a small block 350 chevy that came with the boat. Well it's in good hands now- you did a great job on the Debonnaire. I can't understand why in the CCF ad it says not in the water since rebuild and it's priced at 14k+. You learn something new every day. I had no idea Correct Craft ever built Jet Boats. Couple years ago I learned they built fishing boats with Mazda Rotary engines. I thought they were just a inboard boat company. Was it a Berkeley Jet drive? ------------- |

So Separator 71 bought it in 2017 and it sounded like he tore into it immediately with big plans. Then it shows up today, in pretty much the same condition as when he had it. Wonder what happened. Not being critical, I know life happens, but still curious about the gap. Good luck with it.
A Separator back in the news reminds me that I passed on the one in Maine and referred it to Jeff. Wish I could take that back.
