The one I have was badly damage and is going to be too costly to repair. If I can't find one then looking for someone who can make one. General consensus is that the 89’s were stamped, not fabricated. Would be very difficult to reproduce- I’ve had earlier fenders popped but doesn’t appear doable for my ‘89. Looking for several here also!
