i have been looking for a Fish for awhile now. 
unfortunately all the boats are over a 1000 miles away from me. 
what is the best way to purchase a boat that you can not see? 
These boats that i am looking at are under $15,000.

what is the most cost effective way to buy from this far away?

If you spot something you like, let folks on here know.  Maybe there is someone nearby who can give it a thorough looking over for you and report back.  I am in NC and was interested in a boat in FL.  Another member traveled a ways to check it out for me, test drove it, gave a full report.  Really appreciated what he did for me which resulted in my moving on to another choice.
