Hi are the Alto dampers any good for my 351w in my 2001 its list as DA 106 for the Velvet drive Thank You

Those are most commonly recommended on here, yes. Either the standard ALTDA-106 or the pre-trimmed ALTDA-106A (which I installed in my boat about two years ago):
