This is apparently a common issue for these mid-90's teleflex hour meters- this photo is not my boat but looks nearly identical to the one i have. Has anyone been able to disassemble these to clean? before i take apart my dash, i figured i would ask if anyone has tried to do this. |

At least the housing didn't crack like mine... the meter fell inside the dash somewhere at the moment. I've been trying to figure out if I can swap the original meter into a new housing somehow or if I just put a new meter in and note the original hours somewhere... ------------- Lake James, IN 93 Sport Nautique |
