143 degree thermostat.  Thermostat housing is in front of the distributor.  Use a scraper and remove all the old gasket material. Take note of the old thermostat orientation so that you install the new one correctly.  Install a new gasket.  Not rocket surgery or brain science.  ðŸ˜‰
