I know this is probably a stupid question to someone in the know.I need to replace my valve cover gaskets on 351 PCM would I be able to go to a parts house and get gaskets for a 351 Ford and be right.

The only thing different that I have found is the PCM ones have a metal spacer in the hold down holes so when you tighten the cover you don't crush the edge of the valve cover. The generic ones I have bought don't have these and you can over tighten and bend the edge of the cover. Not a problem if your careful.
