Sorry about the topic but was board at work on this cold winter day. Thought might be something interesting and fun to talk about.

Jim; You gotta be gettin' real bored up there. Demolition Derbys? The boat dr would prescribe a visit down south here for your symptoms.

but derbies pollute the air! they allow that in cal BKH?

Yes we have combine demos, truck demos, school bus demos, and I think they are talking about limo demo.

Well, I didn't say they are doing them in downtown LA. They have them in some of the rural race tracks and fair grounds.

There is one in Marysville every year which is all police officers. My brother in law has entered a couple of times. BKH

In a charity school bus race in October of last year Lake County Florida's Sheriff Chris Daniels was ejected from the bus after a spin out crash. He was run over and killed by another Florida County's Sheriff. Tragic.

that had to hurt, was he ok? Your not allowed to exit your car in the demos around here once you have been black flagged your stuck until the heat is over. So try to last longer next time.

I love the first scene of Jacka$$ the movie where they rent the car and then take it to the demolition derby. They totally destroy the car and then take it back to the rental place towed behind a wrecker. Ha! That is the best scene of the whole movie.

thanks j. just been busy. Still trying to get over to this site. It's been cold. I've only skied twice since new years. I'm hoping to get on the water again Tuesday. Maybe that will get me going on this board again.

Glad you are back. Hope you are well. Cold here as well: temps in the lower 60's for a few days. Back up in the upper 70's today and sunny.
