I have a 84 Nautique, 351 PCM, stalling at full throttle, approximately 28 to 32 MPH. no problems at lower speeds or in neutral. I am a novice, new boat owner.

I would first check your fuel filters. My 89 SN has a big canister filter/water separator in the engine box on the front port side.

There is also as a filter screen in the carburetor line fitting, where the fuel line from the pump meets the carburetor.

Also check for loose connections on the fuel line ahead of the fuel pump. If the fuel line is sucking air, it will starve the engine of fuel at higher RPMs or heavy loads.
