SB Chevy power with no circlating pump (rare?), rear top mount starter, orginal gauges, may be a sweet deal.... only thing thats sound "fishy" is the $150.00 title transfer deal, in Florida is only like 15 bucks to transfer a title (plus any sales tax)

Don't know Florida law. But, it appears they took this boat in bankruptcy. That may explain why a title transfer may cost more. Don't know. BKH

I have been looking at this one, I may bid on it up to about 500 or 600, but it looks like a mustang to me! p/allen I was thinking that it looked like a Chrysler motor also!

Pat,
Im with ya on the Chrysler...I thought the same, but its hard to see the valve covers...funky exhaust...check this out in the diaries... http://www.correctcraftfan.com/diaries/details.asp?ID=145&sort=&pagenum=10&yrstart=1966&yrend=1970 - Chrysler 318
also advertising it as I/O..."buyer beware" but still good deal...

I agree 8122, Barracuda. The deck is different from a Nautique of that era.

Don't know about the Hull, looks real similar to my 70 SN. Motor is definately Chrysler, same as my 70, 318. Note missing bolts on Exhaust manifold.

I stand corrected, it's a Chrysler, The engine mounting "Boss" on the block should have keyed me up...
I still like the top mount starter and lack of engine circlating pump.
