Hi guys- A good buddy of mine (Erich) has a 2000 Malibu that lately has become very hard to steer at slow speeds. When up at speed its fine. Anyone have any ideas of where to start?
I was headed this way:
1- Grease the rudder port (it has a zerk fitting)
2- Check for a grease fitting behind the steering wheel
3-somehow lube the steering cable

It's not a CC, I know, that's why I posted it here as an off topic.
Thanks guys
-Brad

Good luck with the grease, cheap quick fix that might work but sounds like a junk steering cable to me.
