I've recently inherited a early 1965 Fiberglass Craft hull number TC127. I dont know model. It is in good working order but I may need some parts to put this beauty back to its original color scheme and condition. I'm new to this so any web sites, color brochure information would be helpful. What Motor did come with? Thanks for any information you may have. Joe

Joe, post picture of your boat. It will be helpful in guiding you to parts, etc. Welcome to the site and good luck on your new addiction. BKH

Joe, also, if you haven't already, search the Reference section on our site here and look thru the 1965 brochure found there. The "TC" prefix has me baffled unless a Tahoe used those digits. The Classic model's serial started with "PC". I'm assuming you found this number on your registration/title, or either in a number of places on the boat. On the boat it could be found nailed/screwed to the port side stringer adjacent the engine, or on the underside/backside of original floor/side panels, plus the under/back side of many seat boards. I've got a '63 Classic and my PC122 serial was found on no fewer than 6 panels, but had been removed from the stringer.

Also, almost forgot, you can call the factory in Orlando and providing them this serial number they typically can tell you the day the boat was made along with the engine it came with originally. Unfortunately, there is a year or so of the archives missing so hopefully that won't be the case with yours. Welcome and good luck and try and post picts like BKH suggested.

Reid,
My Classic is PC118. Does that mean our boats are only 4 boats apart?

Indeed it does Steve, cool. They didn't restart the numbering series/sequence every year but just let it run on consecutively. My paperwork said '63 but I have no way to be sure, as mine was one of those that Correct Craft didn't have record of, so I can't be totally sure that mines a '63 and not a '62 like yours. Or vice-versa, unless you were able to get verification. Please let me know if you can come up with any good verification or production date(s).

My 64 has a tag on the left stringer, below the engine with "AM 177" tag. I assume the "AM" is for American Skier"?

Did each series of hulls have its own number sequence?

I believe I read somewhere that PC119 is on this site also.

I don't have any verification of the date on mine. It is licensed as a 62, but that doesn't mean squat. I do have some letters from CC and they could not nail down a mfg year.   I also have copies of some 61,62 and 63 brochures, parts lists with pictures, boat price lists, etc. I have to find some time and scan these for Keith.
