I have a 73' Mustang with the bench front seat and 3/4 back. I have some buckets I would like to install. They are not originals, but closest I could get. I would like to find some OEM brackets (2 sets) or fabricate some. I am assuming I won't be able to come up with originals. Can someone provide me pictures and/or dimensions of theirs? A close friend of mine had a '70 that had buckets, and I know some others had them also. I need pics showing how they are made and mount to underside of seat. Also aluminum bar dimensions and distance from seat surface to floor. I would like to duplicate as close as possible. I know how they mount to floor. Also, anyone know where I can get some new green (lime/splash green) vinyl? I have found the flat vinyl, I need the heat seamed "pleated" style. I would have posted some pictures here, but couldn't make it work. Perhaps I will try elsewhere within the site. Thanks!!! This is a great site. Mike

Talk to BoatDr - he put some buckets in his American Skier, and he was able to install sliders under the seats so the passenger seat could slide backward, then rotate for an observation seat. He had to install the sliders upside down to make it work.
