Hey Eric-
I ended up using my old shaft coupler to get back in business this weekend. I knurled the old shaft to fit and had to put a new tapped hole in the coupler for one of the set screws. After I got the whole thing together I took off .010 off of the coupler face to get the assembly to true out. Shaft looks like it is twisted, about 1/2" of runout at the end right now, I guess thats what happens in 1700+ hours of use!
I would still like to get that coupler off of you sometime though, we are going to build some new shafts and it would be nice to use the tapered coupler.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for looking through your stuff for parts for me!
Tim

Eric, Did you get my transmission and driveshaft? I am like a kid waiting for Christmas day.. Just about the last thing to get done before putting the motor back in the boat. I should have sent it to you sooner. just in time to winterize.

you must of sent by amish buggy, because its 5:00 pm and no trans, your going to get the deluxe rebuild, i hope it gets here before the IRS closes us down next week and siezes all contents inside the building, then it could take up to 2 or 3 years and alot of red tape....
One thing i do is keep up on taxes dont worry it probably will be here Monday

Eric,
Everything is far away from Seattle. The truck driver must be taking their time.
