This OEM starter was just pulled from a 1990 Ski Nautique with 215 hours on it. It bench tests good at AutoZone, but may need to be rebuilt.
Had an issue with the starter continuing to run when key was turned off and didn't want to spend a lot of time diagnosing the issue. So, I replaced the starter, relay, and battery. $30 with free UPS Ground shipping to Continental US addresses.
