My dad and I recently bought a 1978 ski nautique. We are trying to recover its once good looks! What I am looking for is a set of speedometers that are in good shape and in working condition. Please if there are any out there let me know!

Greg they are not the same, the old "dual" airguide was pricey but very accurate, I do not think they sold for a C note then.....
I have several in stock, how many need one??????????????????

How do you know it's the gauge? Did you test the sender in the tank yet?

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was over at Kendor Marine in Milwaukee, WI and they regularly get old CC Airguide Speedos of all years in. They are pretty big -- the guy said that they will buy out stock from shops that have closed down -- every so often they will get 30 to 50 new, in original packaging Airguide speedos in. Google them, they have an online website to. They regularly update with new items, so if they don't have any in now, just check back often.

Hilton, Did you ask them about someone that will regel a boat? I do know someone in Northern Wis. that does but he is booked out with jobs for over a year now. He also isn't noted for getting things done on time so I really don't want to recommend him. I did check with a wood boat friend in McHenry Ill. and he just emailed me back with a "don't know anyone" I also just for kicks went to Yellowbook.com and several do come up. Of coarse without knowing what there work is like it would be taking a chance.

Yeah, I checked with Kendor on the re-gel. They would only reccomend one guy. I checked with him (can't remember his name right now) and he only takes a few jobs a year and is booked solid for fall 08.
I was hoping to find someone via word of mouth rather than yellowbook/ the net. Always seem to have better luck that way (quality and price).
