Hello again experts,
I am continuing restore work on my 1981 Ski Nautique. There are riveted-in chrome/plastic "CorrectCraft" decals on either side of the hull (exterior). The chrome on them is a bit smeared off and I'm wondering if anyone else has had to re-chrome them or order new ones, and if so, how they did so.
Thanks!
Brian

WOw, how did I not know about that site?!? Amazing :) Ok, here's a question... where is the blower located on an 81 Nautique?

TRBenj,
These are the side one's correct? Because there is also an emblem on the dash that looks about the same, just smaller and non-riveted.
Just making sure :)
THanks!

Yup, those are the side emblems. The ones on the dash are a bit different and much smaller.
As far as them being correct, Im not sure- I know Alan's '81 just has the CC logo stenciled in- but that may be an anniversary thing.

I'm not sure. My 81 certainly has "20th" anniversery on in (printed in the gel with the VIN), but I guess the decals COULD be aftermarket. They look great though, so I won't complain :)

I have found that the chrome ones are not correct for my era of boat . but I dont know about the 81.

I think they used these from 77-81!

Mine is in the same place as Marks but as Tim said was painted on originally. I've seen them both ways on these 80-81's so I think either way is correct. Most of the 81's are painted and all the 80's I've seen use the emblems.
