I want to change out my fuel water separator filter, and am wondering if its the same one as on the 351? Or if there is one specific to the 454?

Not any specific to the 454 that I'm aware of. You'll have to get the number off the old one and cross reference or match to a new one.

they are the same the size of the motor has nothing to do with the seperator
