What is the best way to get the exhaust hose off of the exhaust manifold? I was trying to get mine off of my 85 2001 the other day and it would not budge. I know it probably has become attached from being on there for years, are there any tricks of the trade for getting it off?

if you are replacing it then cut it. Another trick is to use a phillips screw driver and run it around the manifold between the hose and manifold to break the seal but it's pretty tough stuff and doesn't flex much. Wrestle it back and forth until it gives. Not easy. Looks silly.
