WAIVER AND RELEASE I hereby represent that: 1) I am at least eighteen (18) years of age or older; I understand and acknowledge my participation in activities in association with the CorrectCraftFan.com Reunion, both on land and on water, is voluntary. I am assuming all risk associated with these activities as well as all responsibility for any minors accompanying me. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety and well being at all times and under all circumstances. 2) I acknowledge that is it my sole responsibility to understand the rules and regulations with respect to any and all activities during the CorrectCraftFan.com Reunion including, but not limited to, all boating and/or water sports laws and regulations for the state and county in which the CorrectCraftFan.com Reunion takes place. I agree it is my own responsibility to understand and cope with the risks and dangers associated with participation in the sport of boating and related water sport disciplines, including without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life; loss of or damage to equipment/property; exposure to extreme conditions and circumstances; contact with boats, animals or other natural or manmade objects; dangers arising from adverse weather conditions; imperfect water ski conditions; water and surface hazards; equipment failure; inadequate safety measures. 3) I hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Bagley Productions, LLC (which owns and operates CorrectCraftFan.com), its agents employees, representatives, managers and its principles; all activity Organizers and Promoters, Sponsors, and Advertisers; the Venue and Property Owners or Operators upon which any CorrectCraftFan.com Reunion activities take place for any and all issues related to, arising out of and/or in connection with the CorrectCraftFan.com Reunion. 4) I hereby warrant that I have read this Agreement carefully; and that I understand its terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I agree to the terms and conditions contained herein and I have not been induced or forced to enter into this Waiver and Release. 5) This Waiver and Release represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues. Further no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from those statements contained herein. 6) If any provision of this Waiver and Release is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Waiver and Release and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
