After years of skiing and hanging out in the Nautiques of friends and families, I decided to buy my own. I’ve always been a huge fan of the boats and their heritage. I absolutely got hooked on the colors of a 1991 black with yellow main stripe that a buddy of mine had. I knew I had to have one. Well... It doesn’t seem this was all that popular of a color scheme in the early 90’s, so I wasn’t having much luck. I happened to come across this 1992 yellow and black main stripe and preferred it even more. You could tell that the novelty had worn off for the PO and the owner was starting to take less care of the cosmetics. It took 350 grit on up for the gel, new decals, and a lot of elbow grease on the rip-free upholstery, but it’s starting to look awesome. The boat had 500 hrs and had regular maintenance receipts from day one. I wasn’t worried too much about the mechanicals. They appear to be in great shape.
