Miamian 44’, 13’ beam.

Forward stear room with over/under bunks, hanging locker and vanity. Galley/dinette, 2 burner propane stove, full size fridge. Lg salon, center stateroom with double bed & closet. Across is head with electric toilet, vanity and handheld shower. Aft cabin has twin beds with built in dresser and mirror. Aft deck, bridge approx. 11’ 14’ over center stateroom. Interior is mahogany.

Hull is mahogany over white oak. Has new stem and transom. Depth finder, cb and ship-to-shore. Two new bronze props, and engine completely overhauled 9/07.

She needs a new home and TLC. Has been in the water and recently hauled out for the winter.
