I grew up on the Ohio River, Northeast of Louisville, KY, taking vacations in Western KY on KY Lake. I had a desire to one day have my own boat.
For several years I kept a 30’ Formula at KY Dam Marina and enjoyed many summers and weekends on the lake. After not having a boat for 3 years I decided to get a boat that would be easy to get in and out of the water and that would pull anyone out of the water. My search began with Mastercraft and ended with CCs Ski Nautique.
I purchased a 1982 that had rarely been used and mostly spent it’s life in a barn. I now boat at Taylorsville Lake State Park in KY about 15 minutes from where I live on a farm. The Nautique is still being stored in a barn but spends alot more time on the water. What a great boat. I just added a 1966 AL Tyll Skier to the barn with hopes to have it in the water by March.
