Purchased my ’92 Excel at the end of the season in 2010. We’ve had a great time having friends and family out on the water with it. Currently I’m in the process of figuring out the right ballast for some wakesurfing. It’s a great boat for getting out on the river for some wakeboarding without having to add a bunch of ballast. However when we do it just gets better. Just had to replace the steering cable at 745 hrs. Next upgrades are to add perfect pass and a four blade ACME 328 prop and perhaps a heater since it doesn’t stay warm here in Oregon for very long.
