I am the third owner of this Classic model Correct Craft. After the original elderly owner passed away, the ski club that I belonged to bought it and refurbished it. It pulled multiple barefoot skiers for a few years until the club disbanded and I subsequently purchased it.
I have owned this boat for about 15 years and haven’t used it much in the past ten as Lake Michigan boating has become our passion. At 56 I don’t ski much and the kids are grown. I would be surprised if there are 100 hours on the engine since it was rebuilt, and the velvet drive works perfectly. I’m hoping to find a home for this classic with someone who would be able to use and enjoy it as it looks very sad parked in my garage.
The interior has no rips or damage and the Imron finish still shines. The trailer is in good condition. It is a fun boat with the lines and sound of an old wood inboard but the easy maintenance of fiberglass.
