I found this 1987 Ski Nautique while on a break from doing the stringers and floor on my 1980 SN. The owner said it needed an engine due to an engine miss-fire or skip that had been "thoroughly chased but never found". I bought it with the intention of swapping out the engine and transmission for the ones that I rebuilt for the 80 SN. That all changed when I brought it home, checked for closed
points, cracked cap etc. but found all parts to be new. I checked the firing order and 2 spark plug wires where crossed!! The boat runs great!! Interior completely restored. The engine is a 240hp PCM. Boat and engine show 385 hrs on the working hour meter.
