Jeff,
Your attention to detail is way beyond the norm! I think it's great! I'm sure glad you haven't mentioned anything about rope lights. |

Jeff, I just noticed no exhaust holes in the transom. Seems that that boat is just calling out for through hull exhaust rather than through hub. Any thoughts of doing that?
Impressive work, anxious to see the final product. Question: Where can you find the polished marine alternator. I've seen auto ones, but not marine. |

the exhaust has been a debate for some time. had ordered stainless marine, then a friend with a donzi put cmi custom wet headers on so i checked them out and decided to go with the wet header.. thay are in the process of being built, and im looking at 2 more week wait, will drill holes in transom when thay arrive it will have no noise reduction so you know what that means,LOUD! thay are all polished stainless and beautiful. plus costly

Diamond plate alluminum new gauges chrome x white with the old besels, thay match the stereo really well. just kidding on the diamond plate will be covered in vinyl, black. the old bezels are black, thinking of chroming them all the wiring should be done this weekend, we have pulled over 700 ft of wire for everything from the engine to the kitchen sink. all the interior is back except the scoops, thay had to be repaired do to serious damage around the edges, 1 day work on those babys alone. its been said here many times a tru labor of love!

Well long time coming, started working on the sep again! been waiting on the spacers for the headers that a local machine shop been working on for the last 5 months. when headers came thay were for the small valve covers on the small block chevy,s do to having a roller valve train i needed taller valve covers, hence the spacers being needed. here is a shot of the headers test fit with valve covers finally fitting and able to be removed if necessary.
