I bought a set from the forum, but the powdercoater destroyed them :( Any condition considered.
Thanks, Bill |

Powder coater or plater? They are stock frames. You should have no problem finding them at a marine supply. |

They are not stock frames, and are pretty hard to find actually. They were not made by cc and were likely generic but they are long out of production and used are scarce.

Those are not the frames cc used in the 60's and early 70's, Pete.

Correct but it doesn't matter since Bill's resto-mod includes a complete gel job plus all the deck hardware is powdercoated black. Here's the correct frame 2&1/2" x 7&3/4":: and available NEW!!!!!! |

Pete, those aren't the correct frames. They're fat. Look at Marty's.

If the CC logo pad would fit in the new frame I would use them. Much easier to powder coat new metal.

Bruce, Yes, after lookijng at them again, you are correct. Originally I thought they were the Perco frames. I'll keep looking since I know someone still has them. Bill, The 2&1/2 x 7&3/4 is a pretty standard size, |

Pete, no one is still making the original frames, I promise. Sounds like bill can use the ones you found though.
