yup and my that think all towers look like a swing set so no tower for us
 i''m photo editing difrent tower to our bboat but he still say they look like swing set hahah

There are thousands of extended pylons out there. You'll be fine. Just use common sense. The pros were doing big tricks with pylons well before towers came along.
As to the tower rocking the boat, we've had this debate before. Everyone seems to agree that the physics suggest the torsional force on a tower should be the same as for a pylon. Yet, pretty much anyone who has used both will tell you that the boat sways back an forth more with the pylon. Go figure. BKH |

ok thank you.. but with a tower it will rock the boat also will this cause swamping also?? o know a tower is better but is also out of our budget for now

When you get out past 45%, you are putting less and less load on the cable attached to the front of the boat, and more and more load on the pylon itself. At 90 degrees the load is entirely on the pylon with none of the load on the cable. 6 to 7 foot pole with a couple hundred pounds on one end, you can generate tremendous leverage on the pylon. Not terribly safe, and not terribly good for the boat.
As a practical matter, when you get out to the side, you can rock the boat pretty good, and there have been cases of riders swamping the boat. BKH |

were in the market for buying a pylon.. we saw on a few site that you can't exeed 45 degree of the boat when using a extended pylon does anybody know why???
